How can I request a part that was missing from a Nuvo Lighting fixture?

You can request a missing part by following the steps below. We apologize for the inconvenience; we’re dedicated to offering high quality lighting fixtures for our customers.

Request Replacement Parts
    1.    Visit our Contact Us page.
    2.    Complete the online form.
    3.    Under the How Can We Help You? dropdown, select Missing Parts.
    4.    In the What Is Your Request? box, please list the product number, quantity and the specific part(s) you're looking for. You can locate the product number on Nuvo Lighting’s website. Be sure to include your mailing address; please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
    5.    A Satco team member will contact you via email about your request and its availability.
