How can I request replacement glass?

You can request replacement glass by following the steps below. Because we are constantly redesigning and improving our products, we do not always have replacement glass on hand for discontinued products. However, if it is available, we would be happy to send it to you.

Request Replacement Glass
    1.    Visit our Contact Us page.
    2.    Complete the online form.
    3.    Under the How Can We Help You? dropdown, select Replacement Glass.
    4.    In the What Is Your Request? box, please list the fixture name, product number, quantity and the specific glass you're looking for. You can locate the names and numbers of our fixtures on Nuvo Lighting’s website. Be sure to include your mailing address; please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
    5.    A Satco team member will contact you via email about your request and its availability.

Need more help? Email us at consumers@satco.com and we will try to help you find the replacement glass that you are looking for. Please include the product number to help us locate your replacement glass.
